When can I download BabyTeller?

BabyTeller is being prepared for its iPhone launch. The App Store link will appear on our homepage when it is available. The launch offer described below will be available in the app.

What is included in Pro?

Pro brings together BabyTeller’s custom Siri commands and spoken answers, the full dictation page, interactive widgets, Lock Screen and Control Center logging, and Apple Watch controls. The launch price is $9.99 USD, paid once, with no subscription.

How will the seven-day trial work?

You choose when to start your seven-day Pro trial in the app. When it ends, you can buy the one-time unlock or continue using the free features. There is no automatic charge and nothing to cancel. Your logged activities, milestones and photos remain accessible.

What stays free?

Manual logging and timers, complete history and daily summaries, caregiver sharing, milestones and photos, growth tracking, basic reminders, a status widget and Live Activities. Day and night appearance are included too.

How do I get started with Siri?

Use a phrase such as “Start the left side in BabyTeller” or “Log a wet diaper in BabyTeller.” Include the app’s name so Siri knows where to send the command. The app’s Siri guide lists supported phrases. Siri logging and spoken answers are part of Pro.

If something doesn’t work as expected, tell us the exact phrase, your iPhone model and iOS version. You can also use Shortcuts to customize a phrase.

Can my partner or caregiver use it too?

Yes. Sharing the log is free. Invite them from Sharing in Settings. Each caregiver needs a compatible Apple device and their own Apple Account with iCloud. Changes sync when your devices are connected; offline entries sync when connectivity returns.

Does sharing the log also share Pro?

Sharing a baby’s log and sharing an App Store purchase are separate. Inviting a caregiver does not automatically unlock Pro for their Apple Account.

Does it work offline?

Manual logging works offline. The dictation page can work offline after its language assets are installed on your iPhone. Siri has its own availability requirements. Changes reach other caregivers when your devices reconnect.

Are predictions available?

Not at launch. Our own prediction algorithms are in development. They are planned as a future Pro addition, included for launch Pro buyers.

Where is my data?

On your devices, and synced through your iCloud when enabled. We do not receive your baby’s log. See the privacy policy for details, including the distinction between dictation and Siri.

I got a new phone. Is my log still there?

If the log has synced to iCloud, signing in with the same Apple Account lets it sync to the new phone. Check that your data has synced before retiring the old device.
